A black man's hand
Every week for the last 3 weeks this guy says "did you shake a black man's hand today?"and then i shake his hand, and then he asks me not to hit him and acts scared. I don't know him. I was thinking that he had a problem with me personally, but we watched him today, and he seems to be doing this to many people that pass by.

Critical mass
Since someone asked a question about this I thought I'd elaborate on what Critical Mass is. Here's what it says on their website: "Critical mass is not an organization, it's an unorganized coincidence. It's a movement ... of bicycles, in the streets." When I ride with them they stop in the middle of big intersections sometimes, hold their bikes over their heads, and chant "Who owns the streets? The people own the streets."

Flower in a teapot
Soymilk = free, Cowmilk = $$$

So I am at Karma yoga studio and cafe in Cambridge. I order a Peruvian decaf and I make sure to ask for some soymilk. They're like, "The soymilk is here on the counter." I look and there's soymilk and ricemilk too. A little confused and curious about why there's no cowmilk I ask them. Their answer? "We have cowmilk behind the counter. It's from a local organic farm (or something like that) and the proceeds go to animal shelters for abused animals (or something like that)." The point being that they charge for cowmilk. Dude...

Bush visits Brazil
(These pictures not taken by me)

from knuttz.net
This was a stunning gallery of photos, especially the bottom half of the page. If you don't have a good ad-blocker and popup blocker it may be annoying though.
Bush was also recently warmly welcomed in Guatamala
